Standard Home Inspection:
I adhere to a thorough Residential Standards of Practice. I inspect the entire home, both inside and out, using advanced tools. I compile my findings in an easy-to-read report with detailed descriptions and photos of any issues. You'll receive the report within 24 hours, and I'm committed to ensuring your complete understanding.
Annual Home Maintenance Inspection:
This service helps you understand and plan for proper home maintenance. I'll identify issues and educate you on yearly tasks to keep your home in great condition. For veteran homeowners, my inspection ensures maintenance sufficiency and detects any problems from the past year.
Sewer Scope Inspection:
Are your sinks and tubs emptying too slowly? I will use a special camera to scope your sewer line to visualize any blockages that are interfering with your plumbing system’s proper drainage. Finding and addressing such problems now can head off catastrophic and expensive repairs later.
Commercial Building Inspection:
This service is meant to identify the current condition of the property as well as the cost that must be paid to make any of the necessary repairs. ... Everything from the interior of the building to the ventilation and air conditioning system will be checked during a commercial building inspection.
Pre-Drywall Inspection:
To ensure a house is built correctly, this service is recommended. It occurs after installing key elements like doors, windows, foundation, flooring, and before hanging drywall. This inspection is crucial as it helps identify and address issues before they become costly to fix once the house is fully finished.
Healthy Home Inspection:
Scientific evidence demonstrates a solid relationship between housing conditions and human health. Drone Inspection:
I use a state-of-the-art, camera-mounted unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) or drone to capture images of unsafe or hard-to-access areas, such as tall roofs. I can get an up-close look at any issues and defects that would otherwise not be properly inspected and reported. I can also take aerial photos of the property for real estate listings and informational purposes.
Moisture Inspection:
Moisture meters detect and measure moisture in building materials. I use them to check areas near plumbing, AC units, bathrooms, and wooden components in contact with the ground. Appliances can cause leaks or condensation, leading to elevated moisture levels. With a moisture meter, I locate the source of moisture issues.
New Construction Inspection:
Building a new home? I provide this service at different construction phases to ensure compliance with your specifications. I verify completed work before payment and assist in creating a punch list. This is a New Construction Inspection for you, not a code-compliance check for the contractor.
Deck Inspection:
This service should progress in much the same order as deck construction. Inspectors should start at the bottom. If a deck is deemed unsafe from underneath, the inspector should not walk out onto the deck to inspect decking, handrails, etc. The inspector should stop and report the safety issues.
Chimney and Fireplace Inspection:
A level-one chimney investigation includes a visual check of the fireplace and chimney without any special equipment or climbing up on the roof. The inspector will come to your house with a flashlight; look for damage, obstructions, creosote buildup, and soot; and tell you if the chimney requires sweeping.
